Ingredients

Directions for Preparation
Step 1 – Prepare the Dough

Step 2 – Shape & Fry

Step 3 – Soak in Sugar Syrup
Soak the fried Gulab Jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 25–30 minutes.
Sugar Syrup Preparation: Add 1.5 kg sugar to 1.7 litres of water and boil over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
